The analysis and synthesis of functional and spatial requirements of the property – a space plan that includes floor plans, space needs and requirements.
Project management
Is the oversight, analysis and review of the architectural design and construction efforts – it is the process of coordinating and reviewing performance and managing workflows.
Fixtures and fittings
Fixtures are fixed items like a sink. Fittings are generally assumed as free-standing (beds, sofas). The process involves finding a contractor, and sourcing and fitting the items.
Turnkey design
Full provision of interior design services – from architectural review to fixtures and fittings. Responsible for the concept and implementation of the project – a key-in-hand solution.
